User management functions allow the administrator to split users up into groups and manage them based on group attributes. Hence, it is possible to manage and collate user information based on users' departments, designations, etc.
Up to five levels of administrator levels can be designated on Learning Ware. Users with overall administrator rights are free to assign administrators from levels two to four.
There are no restrictions on the number of groups that can be registered. The administrators at each level can browse and manage the user information only for the users that they manage.
Administrators can divide users into groups, and assign an administrator for each group. Management by group can be carried out at three levels.
In addition, regardless of the group that one belongs to, names can be assigned freely based on user attributes (characteristics).
When there is a large number of users to be managed, it becomes a tedious task to register each individual user on the administrator's screen.
For large-scale operations, the administrator can manage users in batches on a CSV file. Simply by opening and reading the CSV file, the administrator can register new users, update user information, and delete users in batches.
Even when users forget their passwords, a new password can be reissued automatically.
